We have the SFP record in place that Microsoft generates when I setup all the DNS records. So Spectrum has issues with their customers not being able to send and getting this AUP#1600, and then outsiders trying to send to rr.com and getting the AUP#1320. I think the confusing part is there is also a case when rr.com senders are getting a bounce with AUP#1600 in the message. having the receiver check to see if they have clients that are not authenticating correctly and getting their IP space blocked. Not sure if that first one has any merit. See the following message:Īnd have them look to the 'Email client setup' section of this page: Īnd this one with others saying their SPFs are fine and are being checked: I recall this was Adelphia, then Time Warner, and now Spectrem/Charter I think.įrom the reddit page above: Seems the customer's devices need to all be checked to see that their authentications are in sync. In my case it was a sc.rr.com, which if memory serves is Southern California. Somewhere I think I read that is was only rr.com 'business accounts', but I didn't know rr.com would have biz vs home accounts. Did you see this in the bounce: "sender rejected AUP#I-1320" ?Ī google search for me led me to a few sites that said it was a known issue with rr.com. I saw it too with one email address so far.
